I'm a PhD candidate in Tourism Studies at Mid-Sweden University, and working at the Center for Tourism and Leisure Research (CeTLeR) at Dalarna University. I received my master’s degree in Tourism Management (EMTM) from the University of Southern Denmark, University of Ljubljana and University of Girona.
Currently, I am involved in a project that is concerned with innovative funding models for recreational infrastructure in nature areas in Sweden (INNature). My research therein focuses on the potential of behaviourally informed strategies to encourage voluntary financial contributions among trail users.
My main research interest lies in pro-social behaviour in tourism contexts in a broad sense. Particularly, to gain understanding of the influence personal and social norms have on tourists’ actions, and how these can be addressed to facilitate behaviour that is beneficial for the individual and the destination.
